Welcome to Vows HQ (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Vows HQ is a shared planning workspace that helps a couple organize their wedding — tasks, budget, vendors, guests, a day-of timeline, and a vision board. It is a planning tool, not a vendor, payment processor, or professional (legal, financial, or event-planning) advisor.
You keep ownership of the information and images you add (“your content”). You grant us permission to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the app for you and the members you invite. You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to upload it — including any photos and the personal details of guests you choose to add.
Don’t use Vows HQ to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to violate others’ privacy, to attempt to access workspaces that aren’t yours, or to disrupt or abuse the service (including the AI advisor). We may suspend or remove access or content that breaks these rules.
The optional “Lovebird” advisor sends a summary of your planning data to a third-party AI provider to generate suggestions (see the Privacy Policy). Its output is for guidance only — review it before you rely on it.
We’re actively building the app and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for reliable service but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be waived under applicable law.
You can stop using the app and delete your account and workspace data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
